Plas-Fit Group continues its momentum of growth and business diversification, announcing the acquisition of Arco-Inbar Industries, a company specializing in the production of reinforced polyester products, insulation products, and traffic control systems. This move marks another link in the chain of strategic acquisitions executed by the Group since the entry of Kedma Capital, as part of the vision to become a leading multi-disciplinary infrastructure group.
The new acquisition integrates into the Group’s structure, joining companies acquired in recent years, each adding a unique professional tier:
Tavlit: Expanded the Group’s activity in the global water market, specializing in advanced filtration solutions and pipe connectors.
Ein Dor (including Rain-Tal and Ein-Tal brands): Established the Group’s position in the agricultural sector, specializing in irrigation solutions, sprinklers, and products for nurseries and greenhouses.
Photex: Introduced the Group to the worlds of electricity and communications, specializing in the production of plastic end-fittings and infrastructure, such as concrete casting boxes, piping, and building conduits.
Synergy with Arco-Inbar The acquisition of Arco-Inbar Industries constitutes a natural complement to Plas-Fit’s activity and the Group’s portfolio. While Photex focuses on indoor plastic accessories and light infrastructure, Arco-Inbar brings the “Heavy Duty” world: Reinforced Polyester (FGI) cabinets, manufactured using hot compression molding technology and designed for harsh outdoor conditions.
With this move, Plas-Fit completes its transition from a company identified mainly with piping and water to an infrastructure group providing a full solution envelope, from irrigation and agriculture, through electrical and communication infrastructure, to advanced construction solutions
