The story of Plassim Fittings begins in 1960 in Kibbutz Merhavia, where the company was founded, produced pipes for agriculture and gradually developed into the field of fittings. This combined experience brings many decades of expertise in agriculture and a real connection to the field.
The story of Friedrich Molds begins with Mr. Israel Friedrich, one of the pioneers and founders of the plastics industry in Israel, which founded the company (Friedrich molds) in 1978, dealing in plastics and plastic molds.
The joined forces of Friedrich molds and Plassim Fittings created Plas-Fit, an innovative and breaking through company that combines in-depth knowledge of more than 40 years in plastics, together with 60 years of deep knowledge of irrigation and communication solutions.

Tavlit was founded in 1971 by the Nahmias family and combines a tradition of quality, service, personal commitment and responsibility with the aspiration to combine new technologies, innovation and new products development in order to better serve our customers.

For over 50 years Tavlit has been supplying high-quality and innovative products to leading irrigation companies and international companies operating in the water industry and to “DIY” store chains in over 75 countries.

As of 2022, Plas-Fit and Tavlit have merged to one company and together we offer a wide variety of quality products that include:

• high-quality, innovative and patent-protected filters; Manual filters, mesh and semi-automatic disc filters and automatic disc filters
• A wide variety of pipe fittings and connectors for the fields of agriculture, gardening, infrastructures and Telecommunications
• A complete range of sprinklers, foggers and micro sprinklers.

The merged company has over 120 years of professional knowledge in plastics, irrigation and agriculture as well as development and design of products for the water industry and familiarity and a deep connection to the field.
