las-Fit Group is proud to announce the acquisition of Tavlit Plastic Ltd:
Recently we signed an agreement for the purchase of 100% of Tavlit by the Plas-Fit group, which is jointly owned by 50% with the Israeli investment capital Kedma.
Tavlit, located Yavne, Israel, will now operate as a subsidiary of Plas-Fit.
The two companies will collaborate to strengthen their product lines: fittings and accessories for pipes, filtration and sprinklers. the unique solutions of the two companies will make it possible for Tavlit to offer a very attractive and comprehensive product line to thier extensive international customers network in approximately 75 countries.
The vast combined experience of the engineering and R&D teams in both companies in all areas of water products, plastic production processes and automation , will strengthen the overall performance of the group and allow us to better serve our customers and enjoy a much more significant size advantage aimed at bringing mutual growth.
The purchase of Tavlit will allow Plas-Fit to double its resources, both in terms of staff, injection machines and industrial real estate, while preserving the company’s employees, knowledge and capabilities, and to incorporate Plas-Fit’s innovation, which will now also expand into the field of connectors for drip piping.
