We are excited to announce the acquisition of “Rain- Tal” company located at Kibbutz Barkai, including the activities of the well-known and world-renowned “Ein Tal” company in the field of sprinklers.Plas-Fit continues to expand, and after recently acquiring Tavlit and Rain-Line, announces the Acquisition of Rain Tal and expands its product offering for agriculture.Plas-Fit, who places special emphasis on the connection to people, agriculture and the land, continues to do so, by  acquiring the company founded by the late farmer  Mr. Peretz Rosenberg. Ein Tal has been known for over 30 years as a leading manufacturer of advanced, unique irrigation products and for implementing innovative methods for sprinkling and filtering.In 2007, Rain-Tal was established by the son of Peretz Rosenberg, the physicist Dr. Gideon Rosenberg and other partners, absorbed the activities of Ein-Tal, and continued to produce and market the irrigation products under the “Ein-Tal” brand and the water filters under the “SDF” brand. The “Ein-Tal” brand has been known in the world for many years, mainly for the large selection of innovative methods and unique products for agriculture and gardening.Kobi Friedrich, Plas-Fit CEO: “Ein-Tal” is a mythological brand that was born from of the needs of farmers, and this connects to us naturally, because for us, like the people of “Rain Tal”, it is important to be connected to our customers, to their requirements and to create new products  from a deep understanding of the farmer and his work .
